TERMS OF SERVICE (revised 05/16/2025)

*Piney Poo Krew operates as an independent entity offering pet-waste removal services to residential, commercial, and business properties. By engaging in our services, you, the customer, agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”), which govern the sales and services provided by Piney Poo Krew. Acceptance of our Services constitutes your agreement to adhere to these Terms. The Customer acknowledges that our ability to provide Services may be contingent upon factors such as weather conditions, grass height, access to the yard (which remains the Customer’s responsibility), and other external influences beyond our control.

*Piney Poo Krew specializes in residential and commercial pet waste removal services. Pricing is calculated based on an average customer property area of 1/8-1/4 of an acre, with additional charges applicable for larger areas. It is the sole responsibility of Piney Poo Krew to notify a customer if their yard is large enough to require an additional charge before servicing. This agreement does not give the right to Piney Poo Krew to retroactively charge an additional fee for a yard that is larger than defined in these terms. 

*For One Time Cleanings we require a 50% deposit to hold your place as we do these outside of our usual routes and have to arrange for a special trip. If we exceed 1 hour of cleaning time, it will be $1.50 a minute after that.

*We will assign you a service day based on when we are in your area and you will be able to expect our services each week on that day.  However we can not commit to a specific time as our routes are constantly in fluctuation with client activity and traffic conditions.

*It is our responsibility to provide a safe working environment for our Krew.  Thus we need to ensure that they have safe walkways to service areas and for yards to be cleared of anything that could be dangerous, such as construction materials, in order for them to service your yard.  Therefore, we need you to partner with us on areas of safety concern and understand that until the area is safe, we will not be able to provide service.

*Piney Poo Krew operates during various weather conditions, except in cases of severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or excessive snowfall. We operate on a MONTHLY subscription basis and do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. In such instances, services for the week will be skipped, and resumed the following week without refund. If urgent cleaning is required before the next scheduled service, please contact us, though we cannot guarantee immediate accommodation. Additionally, to maintain the integrity of your yard, we may skip service during muddy conditions and resume during drier periods.

*If we make the trip to your location and are unable to service your yard due to situations outside of our control such as a locked gate, or aggressive dog in the yard, you will be charged for that visit as we have to consider the travel time taken and the added waste that will be there upon our return.

*If there is a time that you do not need our services for a week as the dogs are not going to be in the yard, just contact us ahead of time and we will take you off of the route for the time needed and will provide credit for the service visits not attended.

*Piney Poo Krew does not operate on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Services scheduled on these holidays will be postponed to the following week without refunds.

*Leaves, Long Grass and Yard Debris can hinder our results as the poop can be camouflaged or covered thus causing us to possibly miss some.  Thus in yards where we suffer these challenges, we can not guarantee the thorough cleaning we want to provide.

*We prioritize customer satisfaction. If dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the pickup, and we will promptly arrange a return visit for cleaning.

*We look forward to building long-lasting relationships with each of our clients; however we also reserve the right to stop service or refuse service if the conditions of the job become intolerable or put our staff in any jeopardy.

*Piney Poo Krew reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. Certain provisions within these terms may be superseded by notices published elsewhere on our site.
